Single Cylinders and Jugs that are 4 stroke design.   We can oversize bore 2" and larger up to 5.500" on our Index Milling Machine, OR we can bore up to 12" deep with our Van Norman Boring Machine.    This is the traditional way to service most cylinders; from scratches and scoring.  Even tho the block may have a sleeve by design, does not necessarily mean it needs to be pulled and replaced to service the block.   This method requires oversized pistons.
